At Najebe's toy Shop we want your shopping experience to be satisfying and enjoyable.

If your purchase arrives damaged or faulty we will either replace or refund your purchase fully.  All we ask of you is that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.  We will then provide you with a returns number and information on how to return the item back to us.

If you receive your item and then change your mind we will also refund your purchase price, (excluding postage) when the item is returned to us unopened and in original condition.  We recomend that you use registered post.  Before returning the item please contact us to receive a returns number.
