How do I know what the postage will be?
The postage price will be shown in the check out before you complete your purchase. To find out what the postage is you will need to register so that the postage calculator knows where the item is being sent, as the price will vary depending on your location.
My purchase hasn’t turned up, what do I do?
If your purchase fails to turn up with in the expected time line please send us an email and will follow up with Australia Post. If the parcel is “lost in the post” we will either replace or refund your purchase.
Will you gift wrap my purchase?
Yes, if you are purchasing a gift we would be happy to gift wrap it for you and include a card. An extra charge of $2 would be applied. If you would like us to do this for you, please send us an email with all the details.

How quickly do you post your parcels?
We post on a daily basis so your purchase would be posted within 48 hours of receiving your payment.
